This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Nixcer and covers both USA and International orders.
1. International Shipping Coverage
Eligible Countries
We currently offer international shipping only to the following countries:
United Kingdom, Australia, Singapore, and Canada.
Orders placed with delivery addresses outside these countries will not be accepted.
2. Return Eligibility & Timeframes
USA Orders
Customers may return products within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, item no longer needed, product dissatisfaction, or defective or damaged items.
International Orders
International orders are eligible for return consideration within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.
To initiate a return, customers must contact Customer Service at sales@nixcer.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns submitted without an approved RMA may not be accepted.
3. Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must:
Be unused and in original condition
Include all original accessories, manuals, and packaging
Be free from physical damage, scratches, or signs of wear
Include proof of purchase
Items that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a restocking fee or returned to the customer at their expense.
4. Return Request & Verification Process
USA Orders
Additional information or images may be requested to verify eligibility prior to approving a return.
International Orders
Customers must contact Customer Support within 14 days of delivery and provide clear photo and/or video proof showing product condition, any claimed defect or damage, and original packaging and accessories. Return approval is based on verification of the submitted proof.
5. Return Shipping
USA Orders
Prepaid return shipping labels are provided for eligible returns. Customers must request the label from Customer Service, attach it to the package, and drop it off at the designated courier location. Shipping receipts should be retained.
International Orders
Due to international shipping costs and customs regulations, international customers are generally not required to return products unless explicitly requested. If a return is approved, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including customs duties. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Refunds & Processing Time
USA Orders
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned item.
International Orders
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days and issued to the original payment method.
Refund posting time may vary depending on the financial institution.
7. Customs, VAT, Taxes & Duties (International Orders)
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, brokerage or clearance fees, and other government-imposed charges.
These charges:
Are not included in the product price or shipping fee
Are not collected by Nixcer
Are the sole responsibility of the customer
Customs duties, VAT/GST, bank fees, brokerage fees, and other third-party charges are non-refundable. Prepaid UK VAT, where applicable, is non-refundable once an order has been dispatched, except where required by law.
Failure to pay applicable charges may result in delivery delays, return of the shipment, or disposal by customs authorities. In such cases, refunds may not be available except where required by applicable law.
8. International Shipping Charges
For international orders:
Orders below USD $550: shipping charges apply and are calculated at checkout
Orders of USD $550 or above: international shipping is free
Free shipping applies to shipping costs only. Taxes, duties, and government charges remain payable by the customer.
9. Account & Data Security (Electronics)
Before returning any electronic device, customers must remove all personal accounts, perform a factory reset, and remove any security locks or passwords.
Failure to do so may result in processing delays or rejection of the return. Nixcer is not responsible for data breaches or unauthorized access resulting from devices returned with personal data intact.
10. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
Products without original packaging or missing accessories
Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications
Consumable items once opened
Personalized or customized products
Clearance or final-sale items marked as non-returnable
11. Damaged or Defective Products
USA Orders
Customers must contact Customer Service within 7 days of delivery and provide a description and photographic evidence. A replacement or full refund will be arranged, including return shipping costs.
International Orders
Customers must contact Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery and provide photo or video evidence. If confirmed, no return will be required, and a refund or replacement will be offered. Customers may be instructed to dispose of the item in accordance with local regulations.
12. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. Customers must follow the standard return process and indicate their preference for an exchange. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
13. Delivery Time (International Orders)
Estimated international delivery time is 7–15 business days from dispatch. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.
14. Order Refusal & Non-Delivery (International Orders)
Refunds may not be issued if an order is refused by the customer, returned due to unpaid customs charges, or abandoned or destroyed by customs authorities, except where required by applicable law.
15. Payment Terms (International Orders)
All international orders must be paid in full at checkout. Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. Currency conversion or international transaction fees charged by banks or payment providers are the customer’s responsibility.
16. Legal Compliance
This policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws in the United States and destination countries. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
17. Policy Updates
This policy may be updated from time to time. The version in effect at the time of checkout will apply to the order.
